Admission for High School

All new students entering University of Northeastern Philippines (UNEP) High School must pass the entrance examination administered by the University Psychometrician.


The Department reserves the right to refuse enrollment or drop any student found guilty of violating school rules  and/or making false statement in his/her application for admission.


The student must proceed to the Principal’s office for the signing of matriculation form then proceed to the Verification window for the Student Computer Account Number and for the assessment then proceed to the cashier for the payment of fees and then to the admitting clerk at the administration building.

These documents must be submitted to the guidance center.

Freshmen/Transferees seeking admission in UNEP High School Entrance Examination.

» Form 138 or Report Card

» Certificate of good moral character issued to the school last attended

» Photocopy of the Birth Certificate (NSO copy)

» Copy of at least 2x2 pictures (colored)

» 1 short size brown envelope

Old Students

» Form 138 or Report Card

» Must settle old accounts with the cashier,if any

» If permitted to enroll in summer class in another school, the student must submit the card and Form 137-A with a passing mark in the subject taken to the Principal Office Secretary
