Admission of Incoming Freshmen

To be admitted, all incoming freshmen should pass the admission test conducted by the Guidance Office and Testing Center, the interview of the Dean of the College that the applicant is planning to get admitted to the approval of the University Registrar.

Documentary requirements for incoming freshmen are as follow:

» Form 138 or High School Report Card

» Certificate of Good Moral Character

» Two (2) copies 2x2 colored picture

» Medical Certificate of accredited physician

» One (1) Long brown Envelope

Admission of Transferees

The University admits transferees from other educational institution provided that they have complied with the requirements and procedure provided above for incoming freshmen and the following additional documentary requirements;

(a) Honorable dismissal

(b) Original Scholastic Records from the institution previously enrolled in

Admission of Cross-Enrolling Students

Cross-Enrollees from other educational institution for any academic subjects and/or any of the NSTP components are required to submit the following documentary requirements;

(a) Cross-Enrollment Permit from the home school duly signed by their Dean

(b) Letter addressed to the Registrar requesting that the cross-enrollee be admited stating therein the reasons for such request

(c) One (1) Long Brown Envelope
