The Elementary Department of the University of Northeastern Philippines has been existing for many years now.  The pupils of the Elementary Department of the University are being taught the basic fundamentals not only reading, writing, and arithmetic but also different fields and areas that include character development and formation.

The University assures UNEP Elementary pupils will experience the excellence of education by improving its system of operations to ensure quality standard and the best delivery of educational services to its pupils. We adopt new and modern teaching methodologies and a variety of curricular and co-curricular activities are coordinated by state-of-the-art learning facilities.
