About Community Extension Services
The Community Extension Services (CES) of the University of Northeastern Philippines
serves as the university’s outreach arm committed to promoting social responsibility,
community empowerment, and sustainable development through meaningful extension programs
and public service initiatives.
Guided by the university’s mission of academic excellence and nation-building, CES
actively collaborates with local communities, government agencies, schools, and partner
organizations to deliver responsive programs in education, health, environmental
awareness, livelihood, leadership, and community development.
Through volunteerism, training activities, outreach missions, and civic engagement,
the office continues to strengthen the connection between the university and the
communities it serves while fostering compassion, leadership, and active citizenship
among students, faculty, and stakeholders.
