Please be informed that the enrollment in the SCHOOL OF GRADUATE STUDIES for 2ND SEMESTER SY 2025-2026 will start on MONDAY, MARCH 16, 2026.
Our SCHOOL OF GRADUATE STUDIES office is open:
Monday to Thursday - 8:30am to 5pm
Friday and Saturdays - 8:30am to 4pm
Except Holidays
In addition, below are the requirements or things need to bring during enrollment process.
FOR OLD STUDENTS are as follows:
A. Copy of Prospectus/Curriculum
B. Bring your own ballpen
C. Extra Paper
For NEW STUDENT/TRANSFEREE, PLEASE PROCEEED FIRST TO THE GUIDANCE OFFICE and submit the following requirements:
3 copies each: are as follows
A. 2x2 picture (white background)
B. PDS (Downlodable)
C. Birth/Married Cert
D. Transcript of Record from Previous School (For Transferee only)
Transcript of Record from College (New student)
D. Photocopy 2 Valid IDs
E. Brown Envelope - Long 3pcs
F. Bring your own ballpen
G. Extra Paper
